Terms of Service

Lumio is a cloud-based platform that allows users to create, publish and embed interactive visual presentations, including floor plans, site plans and other image-based experiences.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. If you are creating an account on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

• Lumio offers Free and paid subscription plans.
• Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• Pricing may change in the future. Existing subscribers will be notified before any pricing changes take effect.

• Payments are securely processed by Stripe.
• Lumio does not collect or store payment card information.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

You retain ownership of all content you upload, including:

• Images
• Floor plans
• Brochures
• Text
• Specifications

By uploading content, you grant Lumio permission to store and deliver that content as necessary to provide the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload, and you confirm you have all necessary rights and permissions to upload and publish it.

Content within a project remains private while in draft status. When you publish a project, that content — including floor plans, images, specifications, and descriptions — becomes publicly accessible to anyone with the shareable link, QR code, or embed, and may be viewed or embedded on third-party websites.

Published projects may display a "Made with Lumio" attribution badge, depending on your plan and project settings.

If your subscription is cancelled, downgraded, or a payment fails and is not resolved, previously published projects may be automatically unpublished and will no longer be publicly accessible until republished under an eligible plan.

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful content
• Upload copyrighted material you do not own or have permission to use
• Attempt to interfere with the Service
• Reverse engineer or misuse the platform
• Use Lumio for illegal purposes

We aim to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance or outages may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

Lumio is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold Lumio harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or the content you upload, including any claim that your content infringes the rights of a third party.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• Lumio may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Lumio may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Lumio regarding the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
