2. Payment Information

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Lumio does not store payment card details.

3. How We Use Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide the Service
  • Store your projects
  • Authenticate your account
  • Process subscriptions
  • Improve Lumio
  • Respond to support requests
  • Send transactional emails (such as account verification and password reset)

4. Published Projects Are Public

When you publish a project, the floor plans, images, specifications, descriptions, and other content within it become publicly accessible to anyone with the shareable link, QR code, or embed. Published content is not private, and may be viewed, shared, or embedded by anyone who has access to it. Content in draft (unpublished) projects remains private to your account.

5. Data Storage

Your data is securely stored using cloud infrastructure.

Uploaded files are stored in secure cloud storage.

We retain your account and project data for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data and project content within 90 days, except where retention is required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

6. Sharing Information

We do not sell your personal information.

Information may be shared only with trusted service providers required to operate Lumio, including:

  • Stripe (payment processing)
  • Our cloud infrastructure provider (data storage and hosting)
  • Our email service provider (account and transactional emails)

7. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own. Where required by law, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for any such transfers.

Lumio is not directed to, and is not intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
